The components are good but could definitely save some money without losing performance. It's €150 cheaper (set region to Germany to see price difference) and also has some sligthly better components.

@Galuin

1. Why the Asus TUF GPU? It's a solid card, but the Powercolor Red Dragon is currently the cheapest and best RX 6800 XT.

2. Not a big fan of the Hyper 212 (this comes from an owner of one). Recently other coolers that are just as good, such as the Vetroo V5 or AK400 are cheaper, or coolers that are priced the same are better. For 13th gen I recommend something more powerful, and the Fuma 2 is a great choice.

3. The Gigabyte Z690 UD is cheaper and better.

4. Corsair Vengeance is fine, but I prefer G.Skill Ripjaws over it for the same price. Corsair also has some binning issues.

5. The 970 Evo Plus is very overpriced for what it does. Right now the SN770 is on sale on WD's website (not listed on PCPP) for €78.99, which is much cheaper than the 970 and it's way better.

6. The Toughpower GF1 is also a great PSU and way cheaper.

With these changes, your list should look something like this.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-13600KF 3.5 GHz 14-Core Processor  (€352.90 @ Alza)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2 Rev.B 39.44 CFM CPU Cooler  (€66.89 @ Alternate)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 UD DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  (€185.09 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (€54.90 @ Alza)
Storage: Western Digital Black SN770 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  (€78.99)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive  (€51.90 @ Alza)
Video Card: PowerColor Red Dragon OC Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card  (€705.07 @ Mindfactory)
Case: NZXT H510 Flow ATX Mid Tower Case  (€84.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 PE 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€116.27 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €1696.91
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Edit: If you want to stay under €1650, you can get a cheaper SSD, smaller PSU and cheaper motherboard (note: it won't support CPU overclocking). With these savings, you'll get a list like this:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-13600KF 3.5 GHz 14-Core Processor  (€352.90 @ Alza)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2 Rev.B 39.44 CFM CPU Cooler  (€66.89 @ Alternate)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660 GAMING X DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  (€159.90 @ Alza)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (€54.90 @ Alza)
Storage: Crucial P3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  (€69.98 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Video Card: PowerColor Red Dragon OC Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card  (€705.07 @ Mindfactory)
Case: NZXT H510 Flow ATX Mid Tower Case  (€84.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: Enermax Revolution D.F. 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€90.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €1636.44
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2022-11-26 20:29 CET+0100

Edit 2: Changed CPU from 13600K to 13600KF. The iGPU won't have any benefits in this case.

Budget: 1500 €

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Apex Legends, Warzone, VR Gaming (Alyx, Bonelab...)

What I'm upgrading from:

Tower PC: Hyrican® Military Gaming PC

 CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz

GPU: AMD Asus R9 280 Series (3072 MB)

 RAM: DDR3 16,0 GB (2 x 8 GB)

Other details: I already tried to fit the budget, but I don't know if that's the best I can do for that money and I just can't quite hit the budget...

I'm ready to go above budget, but 1650 € is max

Updated after comment from podkall

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xJf4v3

I have 2 monitors, with 1080p 60hz each

My mouse is wireless (Logitech G305)

My keyboard wired (Steel series 6Gv2)

I have to power a external AMP and mic (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00FFIGZF6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1), so I need more watts than for the build itself.

I prefer 3 TBs of storage.

If any more information is needed, just ask.

Thank you so much for helping

I will be going after I comment this, 2 things,

do you need Nvidia CUDA or Better RayTracing than AMD?

If not consider RX 6800 XT if it's cheaper,

also if 13600k is cheaper than 12700k, 13600k is faster, it's i5 but it's still faster. (the Intel with 13 in the first 2 numbers is way faster than Intel with 12 in first 2 numbers)

Feel free to ask any questions regarding my comments/build lists. I know a lot about PCs but not everything.

PC:

PCs I used before:

Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050

Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050

1.

I wanted to try Nvidia this time, because I had my fair share of crashes and problems with my AMD graphics card. I know that the times changed a lot so I am free to go either Nvidia or AMD, if the performance benefit outweighs the brand name.

So I'll have a look into the RX 6800 XT

2.

Thank you! I'll update the list when I'm home

According to techpowerup, the RX 6800 XT is faster than 3070ti,

the Corsair PSU on the list is very good quality,

let me ask around if the MB and other stuff is good so you're not running fast CPU on a toaster.

Well, looks like the DS3H isn't really great for 13th gen Intel, get something better, want recommendation?

Is it stupid to swap out the 2 TB Harddrive for a 4 TB one for just 10 Bucks more?

Also, are 32 Gigs of Ram really necessary? Everybody I talk to recommended going up to 32 Gigs...

For your use, I think 16gb is fine. But if there's any component I would change if you could spend a little more it would be the RAM. But once again, 16gb is probably enough for you.
