Vps or Dedicated Server for MC

I was wandering if anyone knows what the best budget vps/dedicated server host would be for a MC network. I am planning on using pterodactyl and running a velocity MC network. I am considering revivenodes vps hosting the 16gb plan and was just wandering if anyone knew a better option?

I've heard CreeperHost dedicated on Minecraft server hosting before, and other providers likewise focusing on game server hosting can be considered🤔
