Laptop stuck at 0.2GHz (i7-1165g7)

My Lenovo Yoga 7i has been throttling down to 0.2 GHz ever since I updated intel graphics drivers. I have tried rolling back drivers, system restore and also tried changing power profiles from the control panel to no avail. I managed to get HWInfo up and running and managed to take some readings, it says that the CPU is thermal throttling but temps are around 55-60C which is pretty normal for my device. I checked the TJ Max of the processor and it is nowhere close to where my readings are. I’m wondering what else I could do to try to fix it.
