HDMI functionallity on Sony HD Crts

I just wanted to make a post here as I recently ended up with a 34xbr970, and was trying to get the HDMI input to work with one of my Wii U's. I tried a lot of things, and the Wii u just would not display untill I ended up using a HDMI 2.1 cable, and not one of the super cheap knock off ones. thenfirsr one that works was the Belkin certified cable I keep around to troubleshoot HDMI for other things as I know it works. I am now using the cable matters brand braided 2.1 cable, as I have found it to be basically the same as the Belkin cable. All of this to say, if anyone is having problems with HDMI handshaking or weird behavior, sometimes just getting a better cable works, and I am very much wanting the labs to have the cable testing done for ltt so I can know if the cable matters one is the same as the Belkin and both are really HDMI 2.1 or if they are just the best of the cables that are almost HDMI 2.1.
