For 8 functional SATA ports, you'd need  x470 or x570 or x570s chipset - that's raises the cost of the motherboard.

- edit : the B550 chipset DOES NOT support 3200g see post below -

The B550 chipset has only 4 "fixed" SATA ports as you can see in the picture below, and 2 extra sata ports may be enabled if 2 pci-e 3.0 lanes are disabled (which happens on some models, but there's usually notes saying 2 ports get disabled if third m.2 connector has a nvme drive (because then the pci-e lanes are required).

In theory 2 sata ports can be obtained from CPU but only if you give up the 4 pci-e lanes for the M.2 connector (or downgrade it to a M.2 with 2 pci-e lanes) - most don't bother.

Do you even have a switch with 2.5gbps ethernet ports ?  How are the computers in your house gonna take advantage of the 2.5gbps speed?

You may be better off getting a 10g switch with a bunch of SFP+ ports and buying some cheap 30-40$  sfp+ network cards here's an example https://www.ebay.com/itm/124186551829 or another one https://www.ebay.com/itm/125395778742

With a 3200g you could easily get a B450 chipset based motherboard for around $60-70  and then spend 30-40$ on a 10g ethernet card if you find 1g is not enough and add another 4 port sata controller card later when you add 4 more drives.

Hell, even an A320 chipset motherboard would do ... this one is $55 : https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GA-A320M-S2H-MicroATX-Realtek-Motherboard/dp/B079NYQQJJ/

As you have the integrated graphics, use the x16 port for a 10g card because the x1 slots are only pci-e 2.0 x1  (so maximum 500 MB/s each - but with mechanical drives it doesn't matter - as max you'll ever get from one drive is around 250 MB/s these days)

I have no way of knowing your country so ..

If you are set in those requirements 210 usd is the cheapest you are going to be able to get new.

But i forgot to mention B550 chipset doesn't support 3200g or 3400g because the cores are based on Zen+ cores. B550 chipset works only with Zen2 processors and up.

I thought of recommending what currently have in description - and that I'm using in my system - is $140 : https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-B550M-AORUS-PRO-P-Motherboard/dp/B08L74NCPQ/

Only 4 sata ports, but an extra 4-8 port hba card is not that expensive... but same story,  3200g won't work on a B550 chipset motherboard.

AFAIK that 2.5 Gigabit networking function has only coupled with premium B550 & X570 boards, both without support for the processor R3-3200G.

It's advisable to get an A320 board; cheap enough and with 4 SATA ports already; also leaving some budget & upgrading proof for an additional 2.5 Gb networking card & an M.2 card for SATA expansion.

An enterprise HBA can be had on EBay, with the needed SAS-> SATA cables for under 50 bucks. I get whatever mobo fits your need, and then buy a HBA if you need more SATA ports.
