QL120 Fans RGB keeps flickering

Iv had those fans for a while and they just started doing this extreme flickering now and it gives me a head ache sometimes. It doesn’t this all the time but about 60% of the time is does and it stumper annoying.

It also does it on boot before the software has started, iv tried to install ICue, force a software update, replug the RGB connector, cleaning it and changing the scene but it flickers on every effects, nothing has worked any help?

Swap out, throw in trash, put in Phanteks T30 or Noctua A12x25
