a windows video player that can play dolby vision

i use mainly mpc with lav or mad vr if needed....ive tried vlc.

but dolby vision will not play right. red is blue etc.

ive tried changing settings

tv is a lg and fully supports dv. netflix and dv samples work but not anything going through a video player in windows

Apparently you can using the Films and TV app on windows alongside the extension below and probably a HEVC extensions as well although I'm not sure if that's required. Other than this solution there isn't much else you can use.

tried that. thats actually a old extension and not available anymore

It is for me in Windows 10 at least

 

Other than this you basically have no choice on windows when it comes to playing back dolby vision content due to licensing costs which is why VLC doesn't support it.
