Restarts During Sleep?

I just built my first PC and am noticing that it'll randomly restart during sleep - it can be sleeping for hours and it restarts.  I looked in the event viewer - for the first time ever and saw something along the lines of ACPI Thermal Zone Enumerated at the time it restarted (side note there seems to be a lot of warnings and some errors in the event log - I assume that's not supposed to be the case?).  I'll list the specs below, all of the drivers are updated and so is windows.  There's really not much installed either.  Any ideas on why it's restarting or what to check.  I mean I can't imagine it's hitting a thermal trigger during sleeping?
