No Display Without Force Shutdown

My PC won't show display (just a black screen) until I presss it for 5 seconds to force shutdown and then restart! Then it'll turn on normally. Thinking it might be an operation system issue I've also changed from Windows 10 to Linux (EndeavourOS) But to no avail the problem persists regarding of operating system! Already Reset the BIOS but no luck here either!

Interesting thing is if I just restart it or shutdown the PC and turn it on within a hour! It'll turn on/boot up without issues. The problem occurs if it's not turned on for at least 1 day or something! Then If I press the power button the PC will start and everything inside casing will be running but NO DISPLAY output will come till I press the button for 5+ seconds and then press it again to turn on the PC.

 

note: the computer has been running fine for at least 2/3 years. No hardware changes has been made either before encountering this issue

Mobo: Gigabyte B450m ds3h
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600
