Sounds like im underwater

Hello! 

I have a Razer "blackshark v2" headset and im trying to chat with my friends over discord. But when i talk they tell me i sound like im underwater. Google tells me its internet problems but i can stream without problems and they say both audio and quality is fine. 

Any helps?

I've noticed that "under water" sound happens when the device isn't plugged in properply or the connector is malfuctioning.
