This happens to me when I overclock too much my 970 g1 gaming.

¿Do you have any kind of overclock in your card?

I have a 650W PSU (Max wattage I have seen on my 970 is arround 200-220W)

3700x PBO stock | b550-f | Crucial Ballistix 32GB 3200MHz | RTX 4080 Asus TUF OC | SN 850X 2TB - SN 850 1T | Cooler Master XG 850w Platinum PSU

I have the same card also, for me it does this (without the high-pitched noise) when I have it in my spare PC with only a 650w PSU (EVGA). But when I have it paired with an 850w PSU I have not issues with the card at all. So, I have no ideas on helpful tips with it :(

I don’t use overclocking, I have an a type chipset

I have a 500w, so it’s probably a wattage issue for me
