Installed new ram computers won't start

Well if you're confident that the RAM sticks are all the way in every time, then the RAM might not be the issue. Check all the power supply cables are fully connected where they're supposed to be. Especially the 8 pin CPU power in the upper left. Anything you might have disconnected to access the motherboard, or bumped accidentally, could be your issue.

Oh and, you did put the CMOS battery back in, right?

Did you properly clear CMOS? Just removing the battery doesn't clear it. Capacitors will save some power.

Spoiler

A lot of people will hold down the power button for 30 seconds or so between steps 6 and 7 with the power supply still not plugged into the wall.

Just removing the battery and then putting it right back in won't always clear CMOS.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Ok, so.. if fixed the issue, u think.

So first I went back to the original ram, without the upgrades

Second I swaped out the motherboard. With a spare that I was planing on giving to my brother.

And thired (and yes it did boot this time) I set the ram voltage to 1.35 instead of the default 1.2 after witch it finally booted to the windows login screen. Not shure what I did to fix? Both boards where just fine. This morning?
