Sure. You might see a bit of a temperature rise. But your PC should be okay until you get the new fans. Just make sure your computer has at least some airflow and you didn't burry with a blanket haha-

All of the fans are broken?

If so, for really high powered parts, it could be rather bad, you never know if anything is faulty and only gets triggered with extremely high temps.

But for mid or lower tier parts, might be just fine, tho temperature would be a lot hotter, worse case scenario just thermal throttling, barring faulty hardware.

Anyway, just take off the side panel in the meantime and be extra careful around your pc.

And why would a replacement fan take a week...

depending on the specs it might run rather hot very fast, but it'll work.

if you dont have kids or pets running around to worry about, just leave the sidepanel off until you have fans.

You're probably fine but might see higher temps or worse performance. Modern components are usually smart enough not to fry themselves. I briefly ran with no case fans without knowing it after I upgraded my motherboard and forgot to reconnect them. It was still usable and I didn't even notice a drop in frames because I was GPU bound anyway. A fun side effect was the top of the case right above the CPU got quite warm, which my cat thought was a great place to sit.

To answer this 100% we'd need to know your specs, case and roughly ambient temp.

However. If can be done safely (if no animals or small children can enter the interior), remove your sidepanel and use Hwinfo or similar to monitor temps. Most likely will be fine but you may see degraded performance as have been mentioned earlier.
