Can someone help my gaming problem?

Hey everyone. So I have been having this problem on my pc where gaming is just not happening:(  Pretty much any game, any res = crash.

I had this problem before and installing afterburner seamed to help for some reason. Though now it's chaos. Most games will crash just after menu screen.

Rough system specs are 8600k slightly oc'ed, 1070ti stock, 16gb ram and 500gb ssd. PSU is 600w Seasonic

I am thinking it has to be the GPU or PSU though not sure how to test. In afterburner the GPU is never over 70c when the crash occurs?

I have tried a full windows install with no difference.

It can strangely still complete the blender benchmark without any issues? 

Really would like some help. I think something is toast, but not sure what?

Ok, So I have tried running Furmark Today and it ran for about an hour with no problem. Temps on the GPU were around 65 to 70c. Anyone?

Hmm. So I bought a new PSU Today (750w) cause I thought that was the problem though still getting crashes. It seems like the system is more stable now.(It can game for a bit longer now before a crash, though still a problem). Still nobody?
