Lenovo C40-05 computer froze during BIOS update

i was updating drivers and the BIOS tried to update, PC rebooted, flashed the BIOS then hanged. half hour later no change so i pushed the reset button. now the pc wont boot, no POST, no screen. the cooling fan spins but no life on the screen, no lights on my keyboard. i unplugged the pc, removed CMOS battery and held power button for 30 seconds, replaced CMOS battery and no change. 

does anyone have any ideas or did i just brick my pc?
