I just got the new 2022 zephyrus g15 with the 3070 ti but it’s not performing very good

I thought it would be a beast to game with but the performance is absolutely disappointing. The cpu  running fine but the gpu seems to be the problem it’s not drawing enough power when it’s plugged into the wall it stays at 60-80 watts in a gpu stress test instead of the 120watt tdp . I’ve tried running it in turbo and manual modes but none seem to improve the performance

It's going to boost the core clock if there's enough thermal headroom to do so.

Laptops are pretty horrendous with cooling to begin with. You're at 95% GPU utilization already so everything seems to be working as intended.

Are the fans not broken? Why is it 0 RPM? Sure you've lifted your laptop so it has air to breathe at the bottom?

Laptop TDP is all of your laptops power consumption not just one component. In you picture it's consuming 72W is 60% of your total power consumption which falls in line with desktop PC's where often 50-75% of power use is often reserved for the GPU. On NVIDIA's own website it says typical usage is 80-125W, 125W being the specced cap of the card itself. It's all in line.

It does seem there's something off with your settings:

Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 review (2022 GA503RW model) (ultrabookreview.com)

They're recording almost 40% higher GPU scores than you, though the CPU is similar. Are you running in dGPU mode only for these tests?

You may want to try reinstalling Armory Crate and all GPU drivers, because in turbo/manual modes the GPU should be able to pull +100Ws plugged in. It looks like the GPU is always running in performance mode TGP without dynamic boost as well. If a full driver wipe and reinstall doesn't work, you might want to test using only the drivers Asus provides, rather than standard Nvidia versions. They may be interacting with the Armory Crate profiles in a way that the generic Nvidia ones aren't for some reason.
