Audio not working after amd update (dell g15 ryzen5600h)

I recently updated my my graphics driver and could amd adrenalin software but after that my speakers stopped working even my headphones didn't work I tried everything uninstalling drivers disabling drivers . I even used the amd cleanup utility tool so there where no amd audio drivers still it's not working just got this laptop a few weeks ago can't even return it now help..
