Lost bootdrive after installing a second HDD

Hello

I am (trying to) building a NAS, and I've bought a HP Prodesk G4, and I've installed in the NVME SSD (256GB) the OpenMediaVault OS. Now I installed a second HDD (6TB).

I can see that both drives are detected, but when I try to boot via the NVME it says no bootable os found.

What could be happening? Did I just lost my files?

 

Any ideia? Thanks
