Msı mpg a650gf makes a single click sound on startup

Everything works fine but when ı first start my computer ı hear a single click noise coming from my PSU.It hasnt happened during heavy loads or when shutting off.Is this normal?

The power supply has a relay that will switch when the PSU is turned on, it's normal to hear a click.
