@NerdIsHere did you plug your cable in the GPU itself, not the mobo port?

GPU - Rx 570

Gpu is working i think 

Fan are spinning 

I dont have integrated gpu

Aside from the above question, did you make sure all the pcie power cable properly connected to the PSU or GPU?
