I'm lazy but responsible. What's the best Open Loop Water Cooling Coolant for Long term use?

Rivettz

Now, I'm not talking 4 to 5 years. That's impractical at best. I'm looking for Coolant that will last around 2 years or so. I'm aware that with Distilled water and a Biocide can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months, which is good. But as per the title I am lazy But, responsible. Im currently using Mayhems Pastel UV Green Opaque Premix and thats been running in my rig for the past year and a half. I cant find this Premix anymore so I cant change it. I would prefer to use a Green Opaque Coolant or green coolant in general. I dont want to dye any of my blocks or my acrylic. Im also not too worried about price as long as its not blisteringly unjustified. I think I paid $24 for a liter of Mayhems Pastel for reference. However, I do need 2 liters of the stuff this time. Any links and personal stories about the coolant your suggesting are always welcome. Thank you all!

Just dont be lazy. replace it every 12 months if you want to wait. 2 years is just asking for buildup or potential issues, time and time again it does not pay to be lazy for water cooling, if you wanted to be lazy just go air cooling, you just have to blow it out every few months and voila

Personal stories? Way back in the X58 days I just used medical grade distilled water and a silver kill coil and ran it for a year. When pulled it apart and it was pristine, almost looked new.
