BIOS Update for ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0

I've just finished my pc build containing an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and an ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 motherboard. After trying to boot though my monitor wasn't showing anything at all (except of "No Signal"), what I think has to do with the BIOS Version, since the standard one doesn't support my CPU yet.

 

I know I could've prevented this but I didn't know that it would be this hard to install it on there. 

Basically my problem is that I do not have a CPU to switch it out for and quickly flash the BIOS, but the motherboard also doesn't support BIOS Flashback, so I apparently can't just install it with a USB Stick.

 

Is there any other way than going to a computer shop that could help me?
