i5 12400 non F or r7 5700x? which one should I get?

The guy on YouTube said I will benefit on the IGPU of i5-12400 if I am video editing well if I get that much better since it is cheap but lower count of cores and thread 

on the other hand have more cores and thread but don't have i gpu to video edit but I can at least future proof it ? and I can also afford it 

 

and my Vegas pro are using 100% CPU even if I use nvenc so I'm kind of siding with i5-12400 than r7 5700x 

 

I am struggling which one to pick

I would get 5700X. Intel iGPU is famously underdeveloped and not used in majority of applications and having just more cores sounds better.
