DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RAM not showing up in iCue

but, sticks stuck in rainbow, icue won’t see them, cpuz doesn’t see them, motherboard memory codes in loop….. firmware on ram fails to update

contacted Asus and Corsair and they confirmed as of now the vengeance rgb isn’t compatible. Only the dominator and non rgb vengeance… wth?

I just want to be able to at least turn the rgb off.

I requested a replacement via: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/p/DDR5-Service

Do we need to return our ram before they send out the replacement kit? The reason I ask is because I cannot - not - have my PC running in the meantime.

È ormai un mese che perdo tempo con questo prodotto non buono (non prezzo basso). Ho fatto mille test con il supporto Corsair che non vuole ammettere che queste DDRs hanno un problema. Sono molto triste MAI PIÙ corsaro!!!!
