Motherboard power supplying cables
The 24pin connector must be plugged in.
The CPU is powered separately, and you need AT LEAST a 4 pin CPU connector, but 8 pin (or 4+4) is recommended.
A low power 4-6 core Ryzen CPU would be fine with only a 4 pin CPU connector, but you already have the cable with 8 pin CPU at the end (or 4+4) so plug both segments in.
