When I try to run garry's mod there is only a 1 second screen pop ups and then it closes the game automatically

when i try to run garry's mod there is only a 1 second screen pop ups and then it closes the game automatically is it the nvidia graphic driver problem? because it also happens with other programs as well my graphics card is nvidia geforce gt 710 please help me fix this problem i really want to play garry's mod after a long time.

Try install Microsoft Visual runtime, and directx 9 and 11, and if that still dont work update your driver.
