Newegg has a Gigabyte Eagle Radeon RX 6600 with Windforce 3X Cooling on sale for $220 after using the promo code and a mail-in rebate. The 3-fan design with a flow-through cooler combined with the low power draw of the RX 6600 should make the card very cool and quiet, albeit potentially too large for some cases. It looks like a good quality card.

6600 is definitely the best value in gaming right now, but I'm holding out for 6600XT or maybe even 3060 Ti new in this price range once the mining farms start dumping their cards.
