Universal RF remote for 2.4ghz band?

I have a Vivo electric tv ceiling mount that uses an RF remote to lower/retract, I wanted to automate it with Alexa using a universal remote, I tried the broadlink rm4 pro, but it only supports the lower 315/433mhz band

I contacted Vivo and they said the remote uses the 2400-2483.5 band.

 

Does anyone have any idea how I can make this work? Any product recommendations etc?
