This Is So Embarrassing!

Plouffe

Linus' sister is playing The Sims 4 on an old Macbook. He'd like to change that and see if she can be converted to the glorious ways of the mighty PC, but it comes at the cost of some embarrassing childhood stories.

Lemme guess hynix djr? Not bad for a generic 3600 cl18 lowbin, youd ideally be looking at klevv since those dudes sell hynix only and their 3600 cl18 bin djrs should be better on average than a rando 3600 cl18 that uses multiple ics

Other possibility would be rev e/j but thats also found in the form of ballistix or crucial micron 2666c19/3200c22 bare pcbs

Reason i say you got lucky is 1 the thing isnt garbage and 2 you didnt get a garbage ic (3600 cl18 has garbage like samsung cdie)

I wasn't sure what to expect from this video, but family trauma bonding time wasn't exactly high on my list...

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

do you guys think this setup without any rgb and only 2 case fans will work with a 600W power supply instead of 750W? i bought nearly identical components and i can return the power supply obviously but i would prefer to avoid the inconvenience

RGB and fans use pretty minimal amounts of power.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I was wondering that as well. Kinda weird to have a part of the video dedicated to it, but not even show it.

Oh just a freq run and not getting it stable?

I assume you just stole someones profile off the internet and it just so happens to work for you, if thats the case then yep just luck and lots of it, tried copying xtreem dark ddr2 wr settings on my sticks but only got 1520mhz stable (after quite abit of tuning)

Aww this video was so CUTE.  What she said about the motherboard looking like a city is so true.  CPU is downtown.  Graphics card is the arts / theatre district.  (The walkable bikeable gentrified place).  The Power supply is the ugly industrial part no one wants to see.

Likely the promise87 considering the price point and recent groupbuys. The gem is my main hint to it.

I'm currently running a 3080 and a 10850k off a 700 watt sfxl psu. You should be fine...
