Xbox One S to Windows 10 conversion

I saw an older video of yours about running Windows on an xbox one s.

So I have an old Xbox One S and I am trying to install Windows onto it, currently I have removed the HDD, formatted it and installed Windows to it, currently it won’t turn on, so i’ve either killed the power button or deleted the boot partion as well and neither is very good. My question now is how you ran installed Windows to it, I know you also replaced the motherboard but as the cheap person I am, I’m trying to find a way to install it without doing so

You answered your own question. Windows is incompatible with the hardware in the Console and the hardware in the console is intentionally designed to break compatibility with any other OS.

You can't just install Windows 10 onto an Xbox. When LTT did that they replaced the motherboard (like you mentioned), so essentially they were just installing Windows onto a normal computer that happened to be shoved into an Xbox case.
