marlin media init fail

I had a reprap smart discount controller, it failed to read the sd card by giving media initialization fail

 

just in case I bought another display mks mini 12864 v3, and it gives the same issue, so I don't think it's the display/sd

what could be wrong?

I tried other sds and they gave me the same issue

 

so it might be something firmware related I guess? but what?

it end up being pin declaration 

 

I thought so but rechecking main dc wires fixed it for now at least
