Good recommendation for emulation handheld

Use a Raspberry Pi kit, but that's only if you can get them with this nutty supply chain.  You can build your own handheld.

 

Not going into any specifics...emulation by itself is fine and you can use it for many homebrew projects but once you start talking specifics it comes close breaking community standards.

Gone down the raspberry 4 before not enough go really for me
