Upgrading to nvme RAID array on Asus x570 pro art... trouble with detecting raid with imaging software

I have an Asus ProArt X570 Creator Wifi motherboard.  I used Acronis to save an image of my boot drive to my NAS.  I just put in a second, identical nvme drive to run a RAID 1.  Set it up in the BIOS.... acronis bootable disk just recognizes the individual drives, it wont detect the RAID 1 I created in the BIOS.  Is there another disk imaging software suite that will recognize this RAID?  Macrium?  Is anything linux based going to be a bust for this?  I'm running windows 11, but it seems like a lot of these bootable disk imaging tools are linux based.  Thanks in advance for any help.
