GTA Online Freezing during launch and Audio Issue

When I try to launch GTA Online it loads for a little bit and then it freezes and all the audio devices on my system disappear.

i have a Vega 56 and I have a quadro K2000 in my system for some other tasks.

I use a USB headset, but when the game freezes and eventually crashes none of the audio devices are functional and are don't appear in the taskbar menu.

I tried loading into GTA V and then going into online, but the game still crashes with the same issues while loading online.

 

I have tried DDUing all of my audio and graphics drivers; and verified File Integrity through steam.
