Looking to build my first pc

_Martin_

Budget 1000USD:

Country: Norway

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

I am looking to build a PC i can use for school work but also some gaming from time to time. Not having built a computer before i have no idea where to start so i came here looking for some suggestions. I've already picked up a couple monitors, two Lenovo 19" 1080p 60hz monitors and one BenQ 1080p 60hz monitor, the Lenovo ones use dp and the BenQ one uses HDMI, so i need a gpu with enough outputs, other than that cpu performance and storage space are most important too me.

A CPU suitable for your general tasks like web browsing and homework, a decently large SSD for your files, a good graphics card for gaming, though with only 1080p 60fps monitors, you can save even more money getting a used, cheaper GPU like a GTX 1070. Any modern GPU will have an HDMI and display port for your monitors.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
