Need some advice, Bluetooth audio "issue" Galaxy Buds Pro

I am sure this is probably a it's just me issue to an extent but the problem I have is when using my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro on my PC I cannot get anything close to the quality that I can on my Samsung phone. Mainly it is a lack of bass response in music (I like base heavy sounds, EDM and 70s/80s Rock). 

 

Is there anything simple I can look at to balance the sound on my PC in the same or similar way that I can on my phone?
