Oh crap, that is not good. Your CPU is probably thermal throttling a lot, which is harming the performance. 

 

Make sure the CPU cooler is mounted properly and maybe also apply some new thermal paste while you're at it 🙂

Hehe I fully understand what you mean. I have had it the same way before and I still do but not as much. I guess you get used to it with time, tingering with hardware and so on 🙂
