How noisy is one of these cheap blower fans?

Wanna use these for a phone tec cooler or even a ram cooler, tthough abit concerned about noise as it apparently can run upto 6000rpm, mostly concerned about noise cause its likely the annoying high pitch kind

Depends on what model you get. I doubt you'd get the one in the picture. 

 

For the one in the picture, 12v and 0.14a should give you around 4000 rpm and around 38-48dBa

Usually high pitched when running at higher speeds.

Not great they need to run fast to do something

That sucks

 

welp ill just stick to normal fans then, if i need more cooling just overvolt cause anything <20v will work fine for most fans anyways, havent gotten a boost converter yet so would be fun to experiment with 30v on a cheap chinese led fan cause theyre pretty bulletproof
