EVGA 750w -BQ So LOUD!

I just bought this EVGA 750-BQ and when I booted up a game it sounded like it was just about to take off. Like, PS4 levels of noise.

 

For anyone that has one, is this normal?

Yep.  Cheap PSU go brrr......

It was cheap. And it is stupid loud. The fan is going 100% even under the slightest of loads making it sound like a jet engine.

For now I'm using temp parts. An R5 3600 and a small GTX 570. There's no reason for the fan to be chugging along at 100%. First and last one of these I buy.
