Should i leave Asus Multi-Core Enhancement on Auto or disable it ?

Asus Rog Strix z590-E Wifi

I7 10700k

Vcore cab get up to 1.350V Which it think maybe because of this doing some overclocking ?

should i disable it ?

On if you can deal with the temps, off if you can’t.

temps are fine im just worry about the vcore

1.35V VCore is pretty tame for an OC, nothing really to worry about. If it was over 1.4V, then maybe start looking at it, but at the same time temps would be the main concern with that
