Help with a laptop upgrade (Asus Zephyrus m16)

Country: Slovakia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: World of tanks, Warframe, Cs:go, Android studio, Intellij and many more programs for programming

 

Hello, I'm reaching out to find help from some of you guys.
Currently, a local shop has a sale on Asus Zephyrus m16 (Intel Core i7 11800H, RTX 3060) and I was wondering if it is worth the money (price at the time: 1339 €). 
I watched many reviews but all of the reviewers had concerns about the exhaust blowing hot air into the screen. Does anyone have some experience with this notebook and do you think it's a good choice for a portable gaming laptop?
