Please check the compatibility of a partial upgrade!

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME!
My previous config was---
CPU: Core i3-8100 8th Gen
GPU: Gigabyte GT 1030 High Profile
MoBo: AsRock B360M-HDV
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8gb 2400mhz
PSU: Antec CSK 550w 80+ Bronze
Storage: 1TB HDD
The thing is my motherboard got damaged and thinking about getting a 10th gen i3 and mobo instead of an 8th gen mobo again. But all other components will be the same as above. I need your precious help considering the following points:
1. I play only and only Rainbow Six Siege.
2. I don't want to go for Ryzen at any cost.
3. Are the 2400mhz rams good for i3 10th gen? (not planning to buy rams budget pressure)
4. I know there will be a lot of gpu bottleneck but I can't help myself buying a new gpu so I want to stick to this one as I always play only R6. So will there be a hardware/major issue?
5. I also record gameplay with OBS but I'm not sure if I get i3-10100 or i3-10105F. If it is possible to record with "F" then I will get that cpu.
6. Or should I just get an 8th gen mobo?

1 go for 16GB of 3600 MHz RAM, it's really cheap RN, costs as much as any other 3200MHz kit, both are a considerable upgrade, up to 10% performance uplift.

2 you may want to upgrade to something that is a bit smarter, a GTX 970 will run you $100 US, and will double or triple your performance

3 If you stick with the 1030 (pls don't) get the non-f version to make gaming more tolerable, but if you go with the F version, you can save $20-$40 to spend on a GPU upgrade

4 A 10th gen upgrade is smart, as your mobo is dead, and if you can't afford 12th gen, then 10th gen is still plenty strong. The 10100f is the king of ultra low budget gamers.

Same performance as before, I'm just sayin' that a tight budget might mean that you need to get the upgrade now...

I'm worried that the 40 series will be expensive, $800 for a 4080, that kind of stuff. That means used cards will be in demand once again, meaning the price goes back up (not all the way, but expect at least a 10% jump, at most 30%). I'm saying this as another ultra low budget gamer. You may not have a chance to upgrade for a few years, and the 1030 kinda sucks.

I can DM you help you get a job if you are around the right age, and you are in the US. (I am 17) I have worked in fast food, and right now, they are desperate for workers. They will hire 14 year olds.

isn't it going to limit the ram speed to 2666mjz as i3 10th gen can't support above 2666mhz?

ah ok, I can't help you (with a job) then, but if you can get a decent job, go for it.

*officially

technically XMP can "void your warranty" but you don't have one, so it doesn't matter. It also has a .00000001% chance of damaging anything. This does require a "Z" series motherboard though... So you are right on the RAM speed so long as you stick to cheaper boards. (which I imagine you will)

Also, on the GPU front, I don't know the used market in Bangladesh, but if you can upgrade, I would recommend doing that.
