LG TV internet issues

I have two Lg smart TV’s. since upgrading router to a net gear orbi mesh, I’ve been having issues with certain apps. Wifi connects fine, and web browser, YouTube etc all work fine. However my streaming service apps are now no longer connecting. I’ve tried resetting router and TV, changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 on both router and TV as well as trying guest networks with no security, but I’ve run out of ideas

 

issue persists regardless of Ethernet or wifi, and happens on both TV’s. all other devices are working great

 

any ideas?
