I translate this as “is there anyone in Toronto who would build my computer for beer instead of money?  There are lots of people who would do it for money but I’d rather pay beer”

I wouldn’t mind paying money either. I have no idea on how much someone would charge. I checked out memory express. They would do it for 50 bucks an hour. So that’s an option if I can’t find someone here who would be willing to help.

If you’re willing to pay money just about any computer repair shop can do it.  $50/hr seems high.  It’s a common enough thing.  Usually there are flat rates for such things.  Shouldn’t cost over $60 or $70.  Having to do hourly rate for a basic assembly is weird.  Might see it here though as people here often don’t own computer repair shops.

To the OP,  @rayush63 try it yourself. It's really easy these days. Follow a YouTube guide, making a threadripper pro system is the same as any other system. The mount is slightly different, but there are lots of guides on that aspect. If you run into any problems, there are lots of people here who will be willing to help out.

Talk to any of your local friends who are into tech, odds are someone has done it.

 

You're way more likely to get someone who knows you to help over random people on the internet.
