Do 1080p displays with HDR and 144hz exist?

Been looking for ages but cant see any. I can find a bunch of 1440p ones but im unsure if my 3060 can handle it...

Off the top of my head I can't say. But I doubt it. 1080p is firmly a budget resolution now and monitor manufacturers aren't usually going to bother with "premium" features on them. But you should know that even lot of the "HDR" displays at higher resolutions aren't functionally HDR in any meaningful way because their brightness is too low and they have no local dimming. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

HDR doesn't matter to gamers, don't buy the hype. 1080p 144Hz monitors are squarely a gamer product, if you're production oriented and actually need very good color accuracy, you wouldn't settle for a resolution as low as 1080p. 

 

If you just want good colors and decent black levels, a wide variety of IPS panel monitors would be quite suitable. And any well tuned VA panel can have good color reproduction too, so do yourself a favor and check out reviews of monitors in your budget.

They do have few 1080p monitor release by LG which have HDR support but all is just support but doesn't means will give you great view and proper experiencing the HDR. Not recommended. 

 

If you want play HDR, you need to spend a lot by upgrade your GPU as well to able run smoothly games in 1440p.

It actually does, maybe not all type of games (and gamers) but for a single player title, it can make an impact. 

 

It also help makes some indies titles looks impressive without having to invest heavily into high end graphic (Ori Will-O-Whisp for example.)
