Need two new monitors and would like some advice

Harpener

So I’ve got my new computer all built it’s a i7 12700K with a 3080ti however I didn’t buy a new monitor for it yet since I’m living overseas and it’s worth shipping my computer back but it doesn’t make sense to pay $200 to ship back a monitor to Canada. So I’m using a 12 year old 24inch Dell monitor at the moment.

I want to order two monitors and have them delivered to my house in Canada. I’d like to have a 4K monitor as my main probably 27-32inches and then another smaller monitor in portrait mode to the side I’m assuming 24 inches is more than enough for that but I don’t know if I need 4K for it.

My budget for the main monitor is $400-600 and for the side monitor a good budget option.

It will mostly be for video and photo editing with the occasional gaming

I think it would be better if you keep the old dell as a secound monitor and buy a new one.

I’m going to leave the Dell monitor here in china because it will cost me $200 to ship it back.

I'll just leave this here. The price is a bit higher than you specified, but as he says in the video, a competent 4k panel is simply a bit expensive.
