Windows Storage Space showing as unformatted, recover data?

I've got an issue with a windows storage space that has started showing up as unformatted now.  The data seems to still be there and I can see some of it with a couple tools.  I've posted on the level1techs forum too but thought I'd see if anyone here may have an idea as well.
