2017 13” MacBook Pro unusable, how to reattach these pieces

Would these small pieces cause a high kernel task, and how could I go about fixing it. Thank you!

Looks like the contacts where pulled right off the pcb, therfore nothing to solder to. 

 

It's fubar.
