Any one of the programs that pushes programs to the page file, but like is freeware and not bundled in with other stuff?

IIRC, those so called "Ram Cleaning" apps work by just artificially load up the RAM to force the system to push some of the memory into the page/swap file. And I know its not a great idea to use them because they have their problems? But I feel like such a solution would work great for my current problem I'm facing.
Now the only Ram Cleaning software I am familiar with was bundled in with the IObit anti-virus, and I DO NOT want to use that piece of bundleware again. So does anyone know of any simple, freeware or open source software to accomplish the same goal of pushing memory into the page file?

I feel like heard the description of how Ram Cleaning apps work on Techquickie because I remember there being visual aid using a sticky note placed on top of a bunch of other stuff, probably other sticky notes, to symbolize the artificial load, but a quick YouTube search doesn't show any videos from that channel where they discuss this method. But that doesn't matter unless I got the method Ram Cleaning apps used totally wrong.

what exactly are you trying to achieve? These programs are mostly just nonsense scams. Windows can manage its page file by itself.

If you know any programming language you can easily create such a "cleaner" yourself. Just reserve, then free a lot of memory.

That'll mostly just slow Windows down, because it'll needlessly move stuff into the page file and then has to move it back into memory once memory pressure is gone. There's no real point to it. You want Windows to use memory to speed things up, unused memory is wasted memory.

If you can code, you can forcibly make a program think that Windows is hibernated and do essentially what you're asking for per process using NtSuspendProcess. This is an undocumented function that can be removed at anytime from future versions of Windows but hasn't gone anywhere in nearly 20 years.

Here's a precompiled script:bhttps://github.com/jschicht/NtSuspendProcess
