i have i5-9600kf, today it started acting up, suddenly it gets loaded to 100% while opening minecraft(and staid like that)

today, suddenly my cpu and gpu are acting up, in the morning gpu went to 100% while plaing minecraft and recording it and gave me only 15 fps, wethout it about 100-200 while usually i have closer to 500, also memory went to 70% and that is also something that is rare and now they are somewhat ok, but cpu is actring up! and google suddenly logs me out from everithing because of sus activity from some app! what do i do? please help!
